I am a Technical Writer that writes articles, white papers and books that teach users how to use software applications and computer hardware.  My technology experience covers a wide range of products, but most of my work is with Windows operating systems, Active Directory and SQL Server.  Besides doing technical papers, I also work as a contractor on database projects and teach technical classes for Microsoft and CompTIA test preparation.
